USAGE AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Agreement of Use ("Usage Agreement") has been arranged between idin.com.tr and the User who logs into the Website and / or becomes a member, for the User's use of the Website and at the moment of its approval by the User in the electronic environment where the Website is located. .

3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

As a minor or, as stated above, in accordance with Article 5.2 of this User Agreement, persons who have been temporarily suspended from membership by idin.com.tr or have been banned from membership indefinitely will not result in their membership of the Website.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1 Rights and Obligations of the User
While the User is performing the membership procedure, utilizing the Services of the Website and performing any transaction related to the Services on the Website, act in accordance with all the conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Website and all applicable legislation. For the damages that users and / or third parties have suffered or may suffer due to all their negligence and faults in matters such as the security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties, the use of the users' entry tools, idin.com.tr, directly or indirectly, responsibility does not arise.
Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content provided by them within the Website are correct and legal. idin.com.tr is obliged to investigate the accuracy of the information and content transmitted by the Users to idin.com.tr or uploaded, changed or provided by them on the Website, and to undertake and guarantee that such information and content are safe, accurate and legal. and cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the fact that such information and content are incorrect or incorrect.
The user cannot transfer his / her rights and obligations under the User Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party without the written consent of idin.com.tr.

Users acknowledge, declare and undertake that they will not make any transaction between their own memberships and their relatives' memberships on the Website in a way to transfer money and will not manipulate the operation of the Website, otherwise they will compensate idin.com.tr for all kinds of damages.
5.2 Rights and Obligations of idin.com.tr

In the event that the User breaches the provisions of this article, he may request the correction of this situation in violation of the idin.com.tr Usage Agreement or, if he wishes, temporarily or permanently cancel the User's membership without prior notice to the User.
6. Privacy Provisions
idin.com.tr may use the information regarding the Users in accordance with the regulations in the Privacy Provisions on this Website. idin.com.tr will not use the confidential information of the Users contrary to the User Agreement and Privacy Provisions.
7.Intellectual Property Rights
Users may not resell, share, distribute, exhibit, reproduce, make derivative works from idin.com.tr Services offered on the Website, idin.com.tr information and works subject to copyright of idin.com.tr, or prepare, or allow anyone else to access or use the Services of idin.com.tr; Otherwise, they will be liable for compensation from idin.com.tr for damages incurred by third parties, including but not limited to licensors, and any other liabilities, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees.

8.Contract Amendments

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure; delay, incomplete or non-performance or default will not be deemed or the User will not be able to claim compensation under any name from idin.com.tr for these situations. Force majeure term; Natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, cyber attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet malfunctions, cyber attacks, system-related improvement or renewal work and failures that may occur due to this, including but not limited to power outages and bad weather conditions It will be interpreted as unavoidable events that are beyond the reasonable control of idin.com.tr and that cannot be prevented despite the necessary care.
10. Applicable Law and Competent Court
Turkish Law will be applied in the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising within the provisions of this User Agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in the settlement of any dispute arising or likely to arise from this User Agreement.
11. Termination of Contract
This User Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User logs into the Website and / or becomes a member, and will continue to have terms and consequences between the parties; In case the membership period of the user expires or the membership is suspended temporarily or permanently, it will be deemed to have ended. idin.com.tr, in the event that the Users violate this User Agreement and / or similar rules regarding membership and Services on the Website, and in particular in the cases listed below, the User Agreement unilaterally and Users will be obliged to compensate for all direct or indirect damages incurred by idin.com.tr due to termination:

Each User who accesses the website and / or becomes a member will be bound by the provisions of this Agreement indefinitely.
