DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can purchase the products you ordered on our site by Money Order / EFT or any of the payment options at the door. We have the option of Cash on Delivery by Cargo. The shipping time of our products varies according to the stock status of the products. Unless otherwise, the shipping time is 1 business day. For orders placed with the Payment at the Door Method, the Payment at the Door + Shipping Fee belongs to the Buyer. Cargo belongs to the Buyer in the payments made by wire transfer / EFT. Shipping costs may differ according to the product dec / kg. Their net amounts are indicated on the product pages. Our credit card payment option is active with the virtual post feature. It is possible to see the products you have bought or want to buy in our store in Tahtakale, Istanbul.
1- BANK TRANSFER
If you prefer this option, you have to pay by money order / eft to any of the account numbers in the bank information menu on the home page.
After completing the payment process, you must inform us which product you have purchased and to which account you have paid via e-mail, phone or the form on the page.
- If you pay by Bank Transfer, your product will be shipped on the same day.
- If you pay by bank transfer, your cargo will arrive at your address in Istanbul within 1 day at the latest.
- If you pay by bank transfer, your cargo will arrive at your address outside of Istanbul within 2 days at the latest.
2-CASH PAYMENT AT THE DOOR WITH CARGO
If you choose to pay at the door, your product will be shipped on the same day.
If you choose to pay at the door, you will be charged the Shipping Fee and the Payment at the Door.
If you choose to pay on the door, you can make your payment in CASH.
