IDIN STEEL sells wholesale/B2B only; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns/exchanges are provided in the cases below.
- Scope: Defective/damaged items or wrong/missing items shipped.
- Timeframe: Notify us within 14 days from delivery.
- Return cost: For defective/wrong/missing items, return shipping is free (we provide a return code).
- After approval, we send you a return shipping code and instructions.
- Send items unused, with all accessories/tags, preferably in original packaging.
- Once received at our warehouse, we complete inspection and refund/exchange within 3–5 business days.
Exceptions: Used items or items with removed tags are not accepted. Hygiene products (e.g., earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, piercings) cannot be returned if the package is opened (except in defective/wrong cases).
Note: In the form below, please include your order number, product codes, quantity, issue type and at least one product photo. Images must be in jpg/png/webp format and each file should be max 5–8 MB.
