Bank Transfer Instructions
Follow these steps to ensure your payment is matched and processed without delay.
Place Your Order
Complete your order on idin.com.tr first and note your order number.
Choose a Bank
Select TRY, USD or EUR — then pick the bank that suits you best.
Copy the IBAN
Use the copy button on the green row to copy the IBAN directly — avoid manual entry errors.
Include Your Order Number
Enter your order number in the payment reference. Without it, matching your payment will be delayed.
Including your order number in the payment reference is mandatory. Transfers received without an order number cannot be matched and your order may be delayed. If you've already sent payment without it, email your receipt and order number to info@idin.com.tr.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically. A confirmation email and e-invoice are sent to you. Orders paid during business hours the same day are dispatched same day.
International Wire Transfers: If sending from outside Turkey, use our USD or EUR accounts. Include your order number and the relevant SWIFT code in the transfer details. Any international transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
