Can I really order just one unit? +
Yes — there is no minimum order quantity. A single unit triggers the full fulfilment process: picking, packing, all four photo checkpoints and carrier dispatch. This isn't a workaround — it's how the system is designed. Whether you're testing a new product or running a made-to-order model, the workflow is identical regardless of quantity.
How does international shipping work? +
idin.com.tr supports both domestic and cross-border shipping. Sellers on Etsy, Amazon Global and other international platforms can fulfil orders globally through us. Carrier options, supported countries, customs documentation and rate structures are all detailed after approval — because these vary by destination and order profile. We handle the logistics; you handle the listing.
How does the marketplace PDF label process work exactly? +
When a marketplace order comes in, you generate a shipping label on that platform (Trendyol, Amazon, Etsy — any of them) and upload the PDF to your retailer dashboard. We pick the correct item, attach the label precisely as generated, pack and photograph the parcel at each stage, then hand it to the carrier. The tracking number flows back through the marketplace automatically. You never touch the order.
Why does every retailer get a unique data feed? +
When multiple retailers list the same products on the same marketplace with identical SKUs or barcodes, platforms flag it as duplicate content — which leads to listing suppression, buy-box loss and account warnings. By generating unique SKUs, model codes and barcodes for each retailer from the same underlying product, we eliminate that risk entirely. It also means your panel is clean, your reporting is accurate and you never appear to be selling identical items to a direct competitor.
What is the custom-branded packaging option? +
Instead of shipping in generic white or brown boxes, your orders are fulfilled in boxes printed with your brand identity. The unboxing experience is your first post-purchase touchpoint with the customer — branded packaging turns it into a brand moment rather than a commodity delivery. Minimum order quantities, design specifications and unit pricing for branded boxes are shared during onboarding.
How does the first-year-free offer work? +
The annual platform fee is waived in the first year for retailers who purchase wholesale stock equivalent to that fee. In other words, the money you'd spend on access gets redirected into inventory — making the platform effectively free while you build volume. A small per-order service charge applies throughout. The exact wholesale threshold and service fee are confirmed during your application, as they may vary by retailer tier and volume projection.
Can I use the product images on my listings straight away? +
Yes. Every product comes with a minimum of 5 professionally produced images: on-model photography, lifestyle scenes, cut-out images against transparent backgrounds, clean white studio shots and close-up detail images. All images meet the content policies of major marketplaces. They're available through your XML feed — no additional photo shoots, editing or commissioning required on your end.
How does the best wholesale price guarantee work? +
If you identify the same product at a lower wholesale price from another authorised supplier and can provide documentation, we'll match it. The guarantee is in place because we believe competitive margins are the foundation of a sustainable dropship business — not a race to the bottom. Price challenges are reviewed within a short turnaround and resolved by our team with no unnecessary friction.
