General Rule: Returns Are Not Accepted

🚫No Right of Withdrawal. No General Returns.

All transactions on idin.com.tr are commercial and professional wholesale purchases. Under the Turkish Code of Obligations, the right of withdrawal and general returns do not apply to commercial purchases. Consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are not applicable to these transactions.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms in advance. No return request outside the exceptions listed in Section 2 will be processed.

Accepted Exceptions

Only the following three circumstances are recognised as legitimate exceptions under the Turkish Code of Obligations and are eligible for review:

(a)
Manufacturing Defect: A physical fault or deformation originating from the production process that prevents or significantly impairs normal use. Wear and tear from use does not fall within this category.
(b)
Transit Damage: Physical damage sustained during shipping that renders the product unusable. Visibly damaged parcels must be reported to the carrier at the point of receipt and a damage report must be raised. Claims without a damage report may not be accepted.
(c)
Incorrect Dispatch: Delivery of a different product, model, colour or size from what was ordered.

Note on colour differences: Minor colour variations between product images and actual items may result from monitor calibration and do not constitute a product defect. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes.

How to Notify Us

If you believe one of the above exceptions applies, you must contact us within 3 (three) working days of the delivery date by sending the following information in full to info@idin.com.tr.

The 3 working day window is absolute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances. The window begins on the date of carrier delivery.

Timelines

Once a complete notification has been received, the following timeline applies:

Documents and photographs are reviewed and the return or exchange decision is communicated.

Exchange or Refund

For upheld claims, replacement dispatch or payment refund is completed.

Timelines begin from the date the product is received by us or from the date complete documentation is submitted — whichever is later. Incomplete submissions restart the clock.

Review Outcome: Exchange or Refund

Once the review is complete, one of two outcomes applies:

Defect Confirmed

An exchange is offered first. If stock is unavailable, a refund is issued.

Exchange

The same product is dispatched. Return and re-delivery shipping is at the Seller's cost.

Refund

If exchange is not possible, payment is refunded via the original payment method.

No Defect Found

The product is returned to the Buyer. Return shipping is at the Buyer's cost.

Buyer notified

Exchange vs. refund: Exchange is always the first option offered. If the same product is out of stock, a refund is issued automatically. The Seller retains discretion over whether to proceed with exchange or refund.

Product Conditions for Return

Where a product must be returned as part of the process, the following conditions are mandatory:

  • The product must be unused and in resaleable condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and intact.
  • All accessories, tags and documentation included with the original order must be returned.
  • Written approval from idin.com.tr must be obtained before the return shipment is dispatched. Items sent without prior approval may be refused.

Important: Returns of used, damaged or unpackaged products will not be accepted. In such cases the product will be sent back to the Buyer and the return shipping cost will be at the Buyer's expense.

Shipping Costs

  • Return and re-delivery shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Return and re-dispatch shipping for incorrect items sent
  • Where transit damage is determined to be the Seller's responsibility

Dropshipping Partners

📦Dropshipping Partners — End-Customer Returns Cannot Be Redirected to the Seller

Dropshipping trade partners are solely responsible for managing return or cancellation requests received from their own end customers under their own name and at their own liability. Such requests may not be redirected to idin.com.tr under any circumstances. Only the three exceptions set out in Section 2 of this policy apply to dropshipping partners and are subject to the same notification procedure.

International Orders

International orders are subject to the same rules as domestic orders. The following additional conditions also apply:

  • All return shipping costs — including any international freight charges — are the Buyer's responsibility.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes arising at the destination country are the Buyer's legal responsibility.
  • Written approval from the Seller must be obtained before the return shipment is dispatched.
  • Delays in international shipping may extend the review process; such delays are not the Seller's responsibility.
  • As idin.com.tr operates under micro-export regulations, no VAT is charged on international sales; the same framework applies in the event of a return.

International Return Approval: Before dispatching any return shipment, you must obtain written approval from info@idin.com.tr. Items sent without prior approval may be refused at the point of receipt.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For any disputes arising from return or exchange processes:

  • Domestic buyers (Turkey): Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • International buyers: Parties shall first attempt resolution through written negotiation; failing that, disputes shall be settled under Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) rules.
