Exclusive Agency Rate Advantage: Our system passes the agency-discounted rates we've negotiated through high shipping volumes directly to you. The rates you see at checkout are substantially lower than what you'd find by booking directly on the carrier's own website. The difference is particularly noticeable on heavier orders.
Volumetric Weight: For large but lightweight items, carriers may apply a "dimensional weight" calculation — charging based on the package's volume rather than its physical weight. Our system handles this calculation automatically, so there are no surprises.
A significant saving for trade buyers: A domestic Turkish buyer on the same order would pay 20% VAT on top of the product price. As an international buyer, that cost disappears entirely. On an order of ₺10,000, that's a saving of ₺2,000 — automatically, with no paperwork required.
ATR & EUR.1 Documents
Corporate buyers exporting to European Union countries may request certain customs documents to benefit from tariff exemptions. These documents are optional and subject to an additional fee.
ATR Certificate
Issued under the Turkey–EU Customs Union framework, the ATR (Admission Temporaire / Temporary Admission) certificate allows Turkish-origin goods to enter the EU without import duties. For corporate buyers importing regularly into EU markets, the savings can be substantial.

Used as a proof of origin document for exports to countries with which Turkey has a Free Trade Agreement. It certifies that goods are of Turkish origin and eligible for preferential customs tariffs under the relevant trade agreement.

However, for large corporate orders or regular importers, they can provide significant customs savings. To request either document, email info@idin.com.tr before or after placing your order.
Shipment Tracking & Notifications
The moment your order is dispatched, the system notifies you automatically:
- Email notification: Your tracking number and carrier details are sent to your registered email address immediately upon dispatch.
- Order history: In your account panel, each order includes a direct tracking link — one click takes you to the carrier's live tracking page.
- Real-time tracking: DHL, FedEx and UPS each offer comprehensive tracking portals where you can monitor your shipment's location and status at any point.
SMS notifications are not available for international shipments. Tracking is provided exclusively by email and through the tracking link in your order history.
Customs & Local Tax Responsibility
idin.com.tr does not charge VAT on international orders departing Turkey (0% VAT). However, any customs duties, import taxes or local tax obligations levied at the destination country are entirely the buyer's responsibility. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and cannot be covered by idin.com.tr.
- Customs duty rates vary by country, product category and declared value.
- For EU destinations, an ATR document may exempt the shipment from import duties — see the "ATR / EUR.1" section above.
- Trade buyers are encouraged to research their country's import regulations before placing large orders.
- Customs clearance may extend delivery times by ±1–2 working days; this is not the carrier's responsibility.
Important: "No extra charge on delivery" refers exclusively to the shipping fee. Customs duties, where applicable in the destination country, may still be collected from the buyer at the point of delivery.
