International — No Payment on Delivery: For all international orders, the full shipping cost is charged at checkout. There are no additional charges at the door when the parcel arrives. The only potential extra cost is any customs duty or import tax levied by the destination country — this is the buyer's responsibility.
Free Shipping Promotions: Domestic free shipping is offered periodically based on order value. Current thresholds and eligibility are displayed at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
The moment your order is handed to the carrier, you are notified automatically through three channels:
- SMS notification: Carrier name and tracking number sent instantly to your mobile.
- Email notification: A tracking link and order summary sent to your registered email address.
- Account panel: Order status and tracking number are always visible in your order history.
You can also track your shipment directly on the carrier's own tracking system using the tracking number provided by SMS and email.
Showroom Collection (Istanbul)
In Istanbul? Come and collect in person.
Customers in Istanbul can collect their orders in person from our showroom at Eminönü Atmaca İş Merkezi the following day. A fast and convenient option — particularly for local buyers who want to inspect stock directly.
Shipping Issues
If you experience a problem with your shipment, follow these steps:
- Damaged on delivery: Report the damage to the carrier's delivery agent at the point of receipt and request a damage report. Claims without a damage report may not be accepted.
- Lost shipment: Contact the carrier using your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, email info@idin.com.tr with your order number.
- Delays: Delays caused by the carrier are not the Seller's responsibility, but we will do our best to help — don't hesitate to reach out.
- Incorrect or defective product: Notify us within 3 working days of delivery with photographs. See our Return Policy for full details.
