How the ordering process works
Who can buy from idin.com.tr?+
Anyone who meets the minimum basket threshold can buy from idin.com.tr. There is no requirement to be a registered company. Businesses, sole traders and individual buyers all benefit from the same wholesale pricing. Invoices are issued in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Is there a minimum order amount?+
A minimum basket threshold applies on idin.com.tr. As this is reviewed periodically, the current figure is displayed at checkout. There is no minimum quantity per product — you can order as little as one unit of each item.
Dropshipping partners: No minimum basket applies. Single-unit orders are processed with the same full service.
How does the ordering process work?+
1. Add products to your basket and meet the minimum threshold
2. Select your payment method and complete the transaction
3. Your order is prepared the same day and handed to the carrier
4. You receive SMS and email notifications throughout
5. Your e-invoice is automatically generated and sent by email, SMS and added to your order history
Do you sell retail?+
idin.com.tr operates exclusively as a wholesale platform. However, individual buyers who meet the minimum basket threshold are welcome and benefit from the same wholesale pricing as any trade buyer.
Can I cancel an order?+
Orders can be cancelled before they are handed to the carrier. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, email info@idin.com.tr with your order number as soon as possible.

How do I check stock availability?+
All products on idin.com.tr are sold from live stock. Product listings are updated in real time — if a product is out of stock, it cannot be added to your basket. For specific stock queries, contact info@idin.com.tr.

Pricing, VAT & Invoicing

Pricing policy, tax advantages and invoices
How is pricing determined? Do prices drop with volume?+
Our prices are set at the lowest possible wholesale level from the start. We don't apply volume discounts — instead, every customer receives the best wholesale price immediately, regardless of order size. Whether you order 1 unit or 1,000, the price per unit is the same.
Best Wholesale Price Guarantee: Find the same product cheaper at another authorised wholesale supplier? Show us documentation and we'll match the price.
Do displayed prices include VAT?+
All prices shown on the site are net wholesale prices excluding VAT. For domestic (Turkey) orders, the applicable VAT rate is added separately at the invoice stage.
Is VAT charged on international orders?+
No — international orders are VAT-free. idin.com.tr operates under micro-export regulations, so all cross-border shipments are processed at 0% VAT. This gives international buyers a significant cost advantage over the Turkish domestic price.
Major Advantage: International buyers pay the net wholesale price only — no Turkish VAT (currently 20%) is added to their orders.
Do you issue invoices? How are they delivered?+
Yes. An e-invoice is automatically generated for every order and delivered via:
  • Email
  • SMS notification
  • A direct link in your order history on the platform
Both corporate and individual invoices are supported. Simply enter your tax details at registration.
Are invoices issued in foreign currencies for international buyers?+
Invoices are issued in Turkish Lira (TRY). However, international buyers can pay in their local currency using their credit cards — the conversion is handled at checkout. Micro-export documentation can be provided upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy — all domestic and international cards accepted
Instalment plans: Available on all cards
Bank transfer / EFT: Orders are processed once the transfer is confirmed

Cash on delivery is not available. The commission costs on COD for wholesale orders are prohibitively high — we prefer to pass that saving directly to you through lower wholesale prices.
Can I pay from outside Turkey?+
Yes. Our payment infrastructure accepts all major international card networks. The full order total — including shipping — is charged at checkout. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
Is payment secure? What happens to my card details?+
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with 3D Secure authentication. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by the authorised payment provider. All data transmission is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
How does bank transfer payment work?+
After placing your order, bank account details are provided. Once your transfer is received and confirmed, your order is processed. Please include your order number in the payment reference to avoid delays.
How do I see available instalment options?+
At checkout, once you enter your card details, available instalment plans are displayed automatically based on your bank and card type. Plans and eligibility vary by card issuer.

How quickly is my order dispatched?+
All products are dispatched from live stock. Orders placed during business hours are prepared and handed to the carrier the same day. A tracking number is sent automatically by SMS and email.
How long does delivery take?+
Domestic (Turkey): 1–3 working days
International: 1–5 working days via express air freight

Europe and the Middle East typically receive within 1–3 working days; more distant destinations within 3–5 working days.
How is the shipping cost calculated?+
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total weight of your basket and delivery address. At checkout, separate price quotes from each carrier are displayed — you choose the option that works best for you.
International orders: Shipping is charged in full at checkout. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent automatically by SMS and email. You can also view your order status and tracking link directly from your account panel.
Who is responsible for customs duties on international orders?+
Any customs duties or local import taxes levied at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in the shipping cost. As idin.com.tr operates under micro-export regulations, no VAT is applied on departure from Turkey.
Is free shipping available?+
Free shipping promotions are offered periodically based on order value. Current campaign thresholds and eligibility are displayed on the site.

Dropshipping & Trade Partnership

Stock-free selling, XML integration and fulfilment
How does the dropshipping model work?+
idin.com.tr operates a dropshipping model rather than a traditional reseller system. You sell the product — we handle picking, packing and dispatch. No warehouse, no packaging, no carrier negotiations required on your end.
All fulfilment is carried out from our showroom in Eminönü, Istanbul. Both domestic and international dispatch are available.
How do I apply for the dropshipping programme?+
Complete the application form on our Dropshipping page. Once reviewed, our team will get in touch to begin the onboarding and integration process.
How does the XML feed work?+
Every dropshipping partner receives a unique product code, model code and barcode. No two partners share the same data — there is no overlap. Your XML feed contains product names, descriptions, pricing, stock levels and images in real time. Integration is supported for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and your own website.
Is there a minimum order for dropshipping?+
No. The minimum basket threshold does not apply to dropshipping partners. Single-unit orders are processed with exactly the same full service as any other order.
How are orders packed and dispatched? Is there photo documentation?+
Every dropshipping order is photographed across 4 stages and shared with the partner:
  1. Cellophane wrap and labelling
  2. Arrangement inside the box
  3. Bubble-wrapped and secured
  4. Placed in the shipping bag
Who manages end-customer returns in dropshipping?+
Return requests from end customers are managed by the dropshipping partner under their own name and responsibility. These cannot be redirected to idin.com.tr. Only manufacturing defects, transit damage or incorrect dispatch can be escalated to idin.com.tr under the standard return procedure.
Important: Dropshipping partners apply their own return policies to their end customers. This responsibility rests entirely with the partner.

Do you offer custom production?+
Yes. For orders of 1,000 units and above, we offer full custom production and private label services — design, manufacturing and packaging all included under your own brand.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom production?+
The minimum order quantity for custom production projects is 1,000 units. For requirements below this threshold, we recommend selecting from our existing wholesale stock range.
Where is production carried out? What are the lead times?+
Depending on technical requirements and capacity, production takes place in Turkey or internationally on short lead times. All import logistics for international production are managed end-to-end by our team. For a detailed quote, contact info@idin.com.tr.
Is branded packaging available?+
Yes. For both dropshipping and custom production projects, branded boxes, custom packaging and labelling options are available. This allows products to reach your customers carrying your brand identity. Contact our team for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Return conditions and process for wholesale orders
Do I have a right of withdrawal or return?+
idin.com.tr operates exclusively as a commercial wholesale platform. General returns and the right of withdrawal do not apply to commercial purchases. The Turkish Code of Obligations governs this contractual relationship. Returns are only considered in the three exceptional circumstances listed below.
In which situations are returns accepted?+
Returns are reviewed only in the following three cases:
  • (a) Manufacturing defect — A physical fault from production that prevents normal use
  • (b) Transit damage — Damage during shipping that renders the product unusable (a carrier damage report is required)
  • (c) Incorrect dispatch — A different product, model or colour from what was ordered
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?+
Contact us within 3 working days of the delivery date by emailing info@idin.com.tr with the following:
  • Order number and date
  • A written description of the issue
  • At least 3 photographs (product + packaging + close-up of defect)
  • For transit damage: the carrier damage report
The 3 working day window is absolute. Claims submitted after this period cannot be considered.
How long does the return process take?+
2 working days: Acknowledgement and confirmation that your claim is under review
5 working days: Review completed and decision communicated
10 working days: Exchange dispatched or refund processed for upheld claims

Exchange is always offered first. If the product is out of stock, a refund is issued automatically.
Who covers the return shipping cost?+
Seller covers: Manufacturing defects, incorrect dispatch and confirmed transit damage
Buyer covers: Where no defect is found after review, and all international return shipments without exception

Yes. All our operations run from our showroom at Eminönü Atmaca İş Merkezi in Istanbul. You are welcome to visit, browse stock in person, examine samples and place your order directly with our team.
